Membership

Our Local History Group operates what we call 'open membership'. There is no annual subscription. Anyone is entitled to join the Group by entering their name and contact details in the Membership Book.

By so doing members can be contacted directly with information about events or other activities of interest and have the right to vote at the AGM and any EGMs, on any raised matters needing a collective decision.

All Group meetings open to the public are inclusive and accessible by anyone on payment of an attendance fee (if over 18 years old). Membership is not a requirement to engage in Group activities and events.
